由于机车运用速度的提高 ,对其走行部特别是轴箱轴承的质量及可靠性提出了更高的要求 ,提出采用GCr18Mo钢新材料、贝氏体淬火新工艺、保持架同体铆接及对数曲线滚子加工等改进措施 ,并进行样品试验及分析 ;介绍轴承的试制及推广前景。
