嗜酸粒细胞白血病甚少见,我院30余年仅收治一例,现报告如下: 患者,男,18岁,因无力,面色苍白两个月,发烧20d,于1986年6月5日住院。两个月前无明显诱因的全身乏力,头晕,头痛。面色逐渐苍白、胸闷,心前区不适。近20d来出现发烧、双下肢及眼睑浮肿、牙龈出血、鼻衄,黑便而入院。体格检查:体温38℃,脉搏110次/min,血压13.3/9.5kPa,呼吸25次/min,贫血貌,皮肤无出血点,全身表浅淋巴结均可扪及,大者1×2cm,小者0.5×0.7cm,有触痛,活动性尚可,胸骨压痛明显,双肺呼吸 Eosinophilic leukemia is rare, more than 30 years hospital for only one case, are as follows: The patient, male, 18 years old, because of weakness, pale for two months, fever 20d, on June 5, 1986 hospitalization.
