本文叙述大口径传感器设计和性能预计的方法。传感器是基本的光学系统与焦面许多分立探测器的组合。探测器的输出信号需要进行滤波,并计算其信噪比,分析其质心(目标位置)误差。文中叙述了这两种性能所依赖的主要设计参数。探测器的量子效率是一个关键的因素。光学孔径也是设计中的一个主要因素,不过光学子系统的缺点是造价高。对于给定的探测器和光学系统,可能设计出探测器的最佳焦面。电滤波器可以单独进行最佳的设计。在垂直于扫描方向上的质心误差取决于焦面设计。
This article describes the design of large-caliber sensors and performance prediction methods. The sensor is a combination of a basic optical system and many discrete detectors of the focal plane. The detector output signal needs to be filtered, its signal-to-noise ratio is calculated, and its centroid (target position) error is analyzed. The article describes the main design parameters on which these two properties depend. The quantum efficiency of the detector is a key factor. Optical aperture is also a major factor in design, but the disadvantage of optical subsystems is the high cost. For a given detector and optical system, the best focal plane of the detector may be designed. Electric filter can be the best design alone. The centroid error perpendicular to the scanning direction depends on the focal plane design.
