臂间血压差异(interm-arm blood pressure difference,IABPD)是较易获得的无创参数,从20世纪早期开始,临床医生已开始研究其用途[1]。右臂血压通常高于左臂血压,因为与右侧锁骨下动脉相比,左侧锁骨下动脉来源于主动脉,形成一个锐角,导致紊流,降低血流和血压,造成IABPD。英国国家卫生与临床研究所推出的新高血压临床指南建议,IABPD<10mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa)可考虑为正常。
Inter-arm blood pressure difference (IABPD) is a more readily available noninvasive parameter that has been used by clinicians since the early 20th century [1]. Right arm blood pressure is usually higher than left arm blood pressure, because the left subclavian artery originates from the aorta compared with the right subclavian artery, forming an acute angle, leading to turbulence, lowering blood flow and blood pressure, resulting in IABPD. The National Institute of Health and Clinical Research launched a new hypertensive clinical guidelines suggest that IABPD <10mm Hg (1mm Hg = 0.133kPa) can be considered as normal.
