目的观察中西医结合在对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降实施治疗过程中的临床疗效。方法 68例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降治疗的患者,根据治疗方法不同分为接受单纯西药治疗的对照组(34例)和接受中西医结合治疗的观察组(34例),分析两组患者白细胞下降治疗的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率和白细胞恢复正常时间均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降疗效显著,提高了临床治疗有效率,缩短了白细胞恢复正常的时间,值得临床推广和使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of leukopenia after gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods Sixty-eight patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy were divided into control group (34 cases) treated with western medicine alone and observation group (34 cases) treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine according to different treatment methods. The levels of leukocyte Decrease the clinical effect of treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment and the normal time of leukocyte recovery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative Medicine treatment of gynecologic malignancies after chemotherapy leukopenia significant effect, improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and shorten the time to return to normal white blood cells worthy of clinical promotion and use.
