目的统计用33.15及33.6探针对中国人进行DNA指纹图检验的群体调查资料,为实际案件的检验提供理论依据。方法应用33.15及33.6探针为中国北京地区无关群体的血液进行DNA指纹图分析。结果应用33.15探针检验15人的DNA指纹图,无关个体间相关机率为1.03×10-15,两无关个体间出现同一谱带的平均概率0.176;应用33.6探针检验19人的DNA指纹图,无关个体间相关机率为1.53×11-11,两无关个体间出现同一港带的平均概率为0.187;两探针均符合孟德尔遗传规律,均具有组织同一性。结论本研究结果可应用于法医物证检验的亲子鉴定及个体识别。
Objective To investigate the population survey data of DNA fingerprinting test of Chinese using 33.15 and 33.6 probes, and to provide a theoretical basis for the test of actual cases. Methods 33.15 and 33.6 probes were used to perform DNA fingerprinting analysis of unrelated blood in Beijing, China. Results DNA fingerprinting of 15 individuals was performed using 33.15 probes. The correlation probability of unrelated individuals was 1.03 × 10-15. The average probability of occurrence of the same band between two unrelated individuals was 0.176. Using the 33.6 probe Test 19 DNA fingerprints, unrelated individuals with a correlation probability of 1.53 × 11-11, two unrelated individuals with the same port with an average probability of 0.187; both probes are Mendelian inheritance, both have Organizational identity. Conclusion The results of this study can be applied to paternity testing and individual identification of forensic evidence.
