三氯化磷是制备多种有机磷农药的一个重要原料。目前国内农药厂大都采用碘量法测定三氯化磷含量,并在测定含量的同时进行空白测定。空白测定是以蒸馏水代替样品溶液,其它操作条件完全与样品含量测定相同。此法简便快速。我们经过较长时间的实践,对几个问题的认识叙述如下,以便交流。对于此法的具体步骤,只要做过这方面工作的同志都熟悉,所以就不叙述,可参阅引用文献。
