企业资源规划作为信息技术在企业管理中应用的典型代表,近十几年来一直为企业界所青睐。然而,ERP 系统的成本与效益问题却始终困扰着企业管理者。一方面,ERP 系统能整合企业资源,提升和创造企业价值,其现实和潜在效益不用置疑;另一方面,ERP系统实施与运行中的巨额成本以及所带来的风险又令人望而生畏。企业在实施 ERP 系统过程中,必须对成本和效益问题进行分析,避免过度谨慎与盲目跟随。
Enterprise resource planning as a typical representative of the application of information technology in business management, has been favored by the business community for more than a decade. However, the problems of cost and benefit of ERP system always plague enterprise managers. On the one hand, the ERP system can integrate enterprise resources, enhance and create enterprise value, its reality and potential benefits need not be questioned; on the other hand, ERP system implementation and operation of the huge costs and the risks posed in daunting. Enterprises in the implementation of ERP system process, the cost and benefit must be analyzed to avoid over-cautious and blindly follow.
