目的:研究不同物理因子对肿瘤的抑制作用。方法:用磁场、激光和超声分别作用于荷瘤小鼠之脾区,二疗程后观察其肿瘤生长情况。结果:磁场与激光治疗组均有显著的抑制作用,与对照组相比均有P<0.01;而超声治疗组有相反作用。结论:较小剂量的磁场和激光照射有抑瘤作用;而超声疗法可能会引起癌细胞的增殖,临床上应避免使用超声。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of different physical factors on tumors. Methods: The magnetic field, laser and ultrasound were applied to the spleen area of tumor-bearing mice respectively. The tumor growth was observed after the second course of treatment. RESULTS: Both the magnetic field and the laser treatment group had significant inhibitory effects, compared with the control group, P<0.01; however, the ultrasound treatment group had the opposite effect. Conclusion: The smaller dose of magnetic field and laser irradiation has anti-tumor effect; ultrasound therapy may cause the proliferation of cancer cells, and clinical use of ultrasound should be avoided.
