高职教育要培养具有相当理论素养与较强的实践能力的符合社会需要的技能型人才,高职英语是高职学生理论知识的重要组成部分。根据目前高职学生的就业情况分析,高职教育中存在对英语教学重视不足、缺乏专业教材、教师水平较低以及英语考核方式与社会需求脱节等等问题,进而提出针对性的措施,提高高职学生的就业率及工作后的工作效果。
