采用球磨法用催化剂醋酸锑和表面活性剂改性蒙脱土(MMT),研究球磨时间对MMT层间距、红外光谱和粒度的影响,并采用原位聚合法制备PET/MMT复合材料,对其热稳定性和结晶熔融性能进行表征。结果表明:随着球磨时间的延长,MMT在乙二醇中粒度变小,有更多表面活性剂进入MMT层间;PET/MMT中MMT层间距增大、热稳定性提高。
The influence of milling time on the MMT interlayer distance, infrared spectrum and particle size was studied by ball milling with antimony acetate and surfactant modified montmorillonite (MMT). In-situ polymerization was used to prepare PET / MMT composites. Thermal stability and crystalline melting properties were characterized. The results showed that with the increase of ball milling time, the particle size of MMT in ethylene glycol became smaller and more surfactants entered the MMT interlayer. The distance between MMT layers in PET / MMT increased and the thermal stability improved.
