本文应用薄层色谱法对伤速愈擦剂中赤芍、川芎、血竭三味中药进行了定性鉴别方法的研究,应用双波长扫描法对样品中芍药甙进行了定量方法的研究,图谱清晰、重现性好,测定方法快速、准确。
In this paper, thin-layer chromatography was used to study the qualitative identification methods of Chinese medicines of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma dragonnei, and dual-wavelength scanning method was used to quantitatively study Paeoniflorin in samples. Reproducibility is good and the method of measurement is quick and accurate.
