建构主义认为学习不是被动接受信息刺激,而是主动建构意义,是根据自己的经验背景,对外部信息进行主动地选择、加工和处理,从而获得自己的意义。基于此理论,我们实施的教学改革强调学习过程的真实性和社会性,实施个性化、协作化教学。制定可行、具体的教学目标。教学目标不仅仅要有认知目标,更重要的是培养学生的自主学习能力和自学能力,发挥学生的主观能动性和创造性,这是一种多维的和开放的教学理念。在教学中,教师根据教学目标、学生特点,创造性地组织各种活动,实行最大程度的个性化教学。采用多元的教学评估方法以确保教学过程的有效性。总之,教学改革是一条促进大学英语教学发展的重要途径。但需要注意的是,针对不同教学内容,不同专业授课对象适时做出调整,只有这样才能取得大学英语教学的良好效果。
