对循环流化床锅炉燃用石油焦和煤混合燃料、石油焦燃料进行了试验研究 ,得到燃烧不同比例的石油焦和煤混合燃料下锅炉的运行特性。根据锅炉试验数据 ,着重讨论了燃烧稳定性 ,锅炉热效率和排放特性以及脱硫效果的影响因素。结果表明 ,用循环流化床燃烧石油焦是完全可行的 ,并且对燃烧石油焦的循环流化床锅炉的设计和运行具有指导意义
Experimental study on the combustion of petroleum coke and coal co-fuel and petroleum coke fuel in circulating fluidized bed boiler was carried out, and the operating characteristics of boilers under different proportions of petroleum coke and coal mixed fuel were obtained. Based on the boiler test data, the factors of combustion stability, boiler thermal efficiency and emission characteristics and desulfurization effect are discussed.
