本院于1996年5月为本市店子镇一年级学生加强接种卡介苗388人,均常规采用三角肌外下缘,皮内注射0.1ml,结果发现3例于20天后局部发生红肿和脓疱,继之溃破,形成溃疡。其直径达1.5cm～2cm,伴轻度发热及乏力等全身症状。其中男2例,女1例;病程最短7天,最长35天。发生率为0.77％。1 原因分析1.1 注射过深 三名儿童在接种时恐惧紧张,操作人员大意,儿童在注射的瞬间突然扭动身体,致使进针过深。
