经济增长方式转变的实质是社会资源配置方式的转变和选择,实现从高投入、高消耗、高排放、低效率的粗放型经济增长方式,转变为低投入、低消耗、低排放、高效率的资源节约型经济增长方式。本文首先产业结构优化促进经济增长方式转变的机理分析,证明了产业结构升级是经济增长方式转变的必由之路;然后从理论与实践的双重视角提出了产业结构优化促进经济增长方式转变的对策。
The essence of the transformation of the mode of economic growth is the transformation and selection of the allocation of social resources so as to shift from a extensive mode of economic growth characterized by high input, high consumption, high emission and inefficiency to low input, low consumption, low emission and high efficiency Resource-saving economic growth mode. This paper first analyzes the mechanism of industrial structure optimization to promote the transformation of economic growth mode, and proves that upgrading of industrial structure is the only way to change the mode of economic growth. Then from the dual perspectives of theory and practice, the countermeasures to optimize industrial structure and promote the transformation of economic growth mode are put forward.
