目的:检测子宫内膜息肉中Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase3表达,探讨其在子宫内膜息肉发生、发展中的作用。方法:标本选自2004年1月~2006年3月浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院住院患者。子宫内膜息肉63例为研究组,正常子宫内膜55例为对照组,采用免疫组织化学二步法(Envision system)检测Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase3的表达。结果:无论增生期还是分泌期,研究组Bcl-2表达均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而增生期Bax的表达两组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),分泌期Bax的表达研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。增生期研究组和对照组中Caspase3均有一定程度的表达,但两组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),分泌期研究组和对照组中Caspase3的表达均增强,但研究组中Caspase3的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:增生期Bcl-2的高表达及分泌期Bax的低表达可能参与子宫内膜息肉的形成。分泌期子宫内膜息肉中Caspase3的表达增高,但明显少于正常子宫内膜,提示Caspase3可能参与子宫内膜息肉的发生、发展。
Objective: To detect the expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase3 in endometrial polyps, and to explore its role in the occurrence and development of endometrial polyps. Methods: The specimens were selected from inpatients of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated to Medical College of Zhejiang University from January 2004 to March 2006. 63 cases of endometrial polyps were study group, 55 cases of normal endometrium as control group, the expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase3 were detected by immunohistochemistry Envision system. Results: The expression of Bcl-2 in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), while the expression of Bax in proliferative phase had no significant difference between two groups (P> 0.05) The expression study group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Caspase3 in proliferative group and control group were all expressed to a certain degree, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The expression of Caspase3 increased in both secretory phase and control group, but Caspase3 The expression was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of Bcl-2 and the low expression of Bax in secretory stage may be involved in the formation of endometrial polyps. Secretion of endometrial polyps Caspase3 expression increased, but significantly less than normal endometrium, suggesting that Caspase3 may be involved in the occurrence and development of endometrial polyps.
