采用保守疗法治疗阑尾周围脓肿 2 39例 ,其中用大黄、芒硝、醋外敷加抗生素治疗 158例 ,单用抗生素对照治疗 81例 ,结果治疗组有效率提高 ,住院时间缩短 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 0 5和P <0 0 1) ;腹痛消失天数、退热天数、肿块消失天数及血白细胞降至正常天数均明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。说明中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿疗效可靠 ,优于单用抗生素治疗 158 cases were treated with antibiotic rhubarb, Glauber’s salt, vinegar and external application of antibiotics, and 81 cases were treated with antibiotics alone. The results showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was improved and the hospitalization time was shortened, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0 05 and P 0 01). The days of abdomen disappearance, days of fever, days of disappearance of tumor and the number of days of white blood cells falling to normal were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of appendix abscess is reliable, superior to antibiotics alone
