老年股骨转子间骨折是一类高致残致死类的疾病，对临床治疗要求很高。在治疗过程中往往会出现以下难点：如何完善术前的合并症及并发症评估、如何选择合适手术时机及手术方式、如何制定科学的康复方案等。笔者针对以上难点，复习相关文献并结合笔者诊疗经验对老年股骨转子间骨折围术期管理要点进行阐述，为临床治疗提供借鉴。“,”The intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly is a highly disabling and fatal disease, which requires high quality clinical management. The following difficulties often arise in the course of treatment: how to improve the assessment of preoperative comorbidities and complications, how to choose the appropriate time and method of surgery and how to formulate a scientific rehabilitation plan. In response to the above difficulties, the authors review the key points of perioperative management of intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients based on the relevant literatures and our clinical experiences, so as to provide references for the clinical treatment.
