分别用丙酮和酸性甲醇提取土壤及花生秧、花生仁中克线磷的残留量。亩施5%克线磷颗粒剂10kg和15kg,土壤中药剂消失半衰期多在1~3周。药剂主要分布在0~15cm土层内。在该层土中,整个花生生长期都可检测到药剂。15~30cm土层内药量少,而且分解较快。收获时,花生秧(晒干)中药剂残留量为0.17~2.15ppm,花生仁(晒干)中残留量低于0.01ppm。实验还发现,克线磷具有从根部向茎叶的单向传导性。
