Discusses the relationship between the supply of Yunnan rates and the formation of the official ho in the Ming Dynasty, and discusses its social influence. It is pointed out that the Ming Dynasty relied on military power and salt law to open medium means, which was not enough to maintain the supply of military supplies such as food and wages due to the constant fighting in Yunnan frontier. When the war affected the collapse of the Tuntian system, the government turned to logistic support, such as food and government subsidies, that relied on the growing Guomindang group in Tuen Mun District. Guanghui became the main provider of the government’s pay and extended its own share of the payroll system Power. In this way, local princes and hooes eventually developed into the main force controlling the local politics and economy in frontier areas with the substantive support of the court.
