近年来,余姚市工业国资公司积极适应新常态,努力谋求新作为,不断开拓创新,在认真履行原工业系统企业改制后续工作和遗留问题处理等职责的同时,切实转变职能,积极利用现有存量资产,加大力度筹措资金,为市中小企业搭建了投资、担保、转贷、融资等服务平台。2002年8月和2003年8月,先后成立了市工业投资公司和市中小企业信用担保公司。2010年6月和2011年11月,又先后承担了市企业联合会转贷基金的具体操作工作和向国开行融资对企业委托放贷的服务工作。

June 2010 and November 2011, has also assumed the City Enterprise Confederation lending fund specific operational work and to the National Development and Financing Commission entrusted lending services.
