某含砷、碳的砷金矿、原矿焙砂以及氰化浸渣的物质组成研究表明,金在原矿中呈不可见-不可直接浸出的形式存在,该矿石属“难处理金矿石”。矿石焙烧后,其中所载的不可见金转化为可氰化浸出的不可见微粒金。浸渣中赤铁矿和脉石载金是构成渣中Au损失的2种主要因素。针对该砷金矿特点,采用原矿焙烧工艺流程提金,试验结果表明,砷金矿通过氧化焙烧-氰化浸出,金的浸出回收率大于80%。

After the ore is roasted, the invisible gold contained therein is converted into an invisible particulate gold that is cyanide leachable. Hematite and gangue-supporting gold in the leach residue are the two main factors that make up the loss of Au in the slag. According to the characteristics of the arsenic gold mine, the ore is roasted by the technological process of gold roasting. The test results show that the arsenic gold mine leaching by oxidation roasting - cyanidation has the recovery rate of gold greater than 80%.
