中厚钢板是国民经济发展中不可缺少的重要材料。世界工业发达国家的中厚板钢材占热轧钢材总重的比例较大,约为9～26%。我国如按16%考虑,预测到2000年需要中厚钢板为1360～1440万 t。目前我国有21套中厚板轧机,经改造及自然增长所产中厚板加上热轧带钢剪切的中厚板可达920万 t,尚缺440～520万 t,通过调查分析,根据我国国情,再建两套现代化高水平双机架的大宽度及特宽度厚板轧机,才可以满足这一产量。
Medium-sized steel plate is an indispensable important material in the development of national economy. In the industrialized countries in the world, plate steel accounts for a large proportion of the total weight of hot-rolled steel, which is about 9-26%. If we consider 16% of our country, it is predicted that by the year 2000 it will be 1360-14.4 million tons. At present, there are 21 sets of plate rolling mills in our country. The medium and heavy plates produced by the transformation and natural growth plus hot-rolled strip steel can reach 9.2 million tons, still missing 440-5.2 million tons. Through investigation and analysis, According to China’s national conditions, two sets of modern high-level two-stand wide-width and extra-width plate mills can be rebuilt to meet this yield.
