围绕着差异化,对我国葡萄酒行业有着整体思考的著名葡萄酒专家郭松泉从不同的角度提出了自己的观点。他说“长期的红白葡萄酒消费比例失衡会造成很多严重的后果。首先,是消费遭到误导,消费者得不到应有的选择和享受;其次,是白葡萄品种的种植遭到打击甚至摧毁;第三,是生产单位加大投资,造成国家的产业政策被大打折扣。这样的失衡,对消费者、生产者和国家都不利。”郭松泉对于目前我国红白葡萄酒的比例失衡感到担忧。
