70年美国《成形与再造外科学》杂志报道了用低强度的直流电阴极电流促进和加速伤口的愈合,在动物实验研究中取得了满意的效果。作者的实验研究是分两步进行的。第一步主要是找出效果最好的电流强度;第二步是对比使用直流电治疗和不用直流电治疗的伤口的组织学差异,以及伤口愈合时间长短的差异。最后还对伤痕的扩张强度进行了研究,而且还观察了它们的伸长度。实验结果是:
70 years, the United States, “Surgical and Surgical Surgery” magazine reported the use of low-intensity DC current to promote and accelerate the wound healing, animal experiments in the study achieved satisfactory results. The author’s experimental study is conducted in two steps. The first step is to find out the best current strength. The second step is to compare the histological differences of the wounds treated with DC and those without DC, and the differences of wound healing time.
