教与学的关系问题是教学过程的本质问题,良好的师生关系对教与学起积极促进作用。新课程强调教学是教与学的交往、互动,师生双方相互交流、相互沟通、相互启发、相互补充,教与学相辅相成、辩证统一。在教与学的过程中,教与学的关系并不是一成不变的,只有因地制宜,根据教与学的规律办事,才有可能使教学改革沿着健康的方向前进。
The relationship between teaching and learning is the essence of the teaching process. A good teacher-student relationship plays an active role in promoting teaching and learning.
