8月5日,中央纪委监察部网站发布消息,云南省委建立省委书记秦光荣、省长李纪恒、省委副书记仇和、省纪委书记辛维光、省委组织部部长刘维佳为成员的省委“五人小组”听取巡视情况汇报制度。事实上,在地方巡视中设立“五人小组”机制,近来已在福建、河北、安徽等多省党委出现。各省份五人小组,均由担任上述五个职务的官员构成。
On August 5, the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Ministry of Supervision released news that Yunnan Provincial Party Committee established Provincial Party Secretary Qin Guangrong, Governor Li Jiheng, Provincial Party Committee Secretary Qiu He, Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection Xin Weiguang, Provincial Party Committee Organization Department Liu Weijia as member of Provincial Party Committee “Five-member team ” to listen to inspection reporting system. In fact, the establishment of a “five-person team” mechanism in local inspections has recently emerged in many provincial Party committees in Fujian, Hebei and Anhui. The five-member teams in each province are composed of officials who serve in the above five positions.
