推动科技型中小企业发展,是加快经济发展方式转变的重大举措,是提高科技竞争实力的内在要求,是建设天津北部中心的必然选择。近年来,天津市北辰区高度重视科技型中小企业的发展,出台了一系列鼓励引导科技型中小企业又好又快发展的政策措施,通过政策引导、资金扶持、搭建载体等措施,助推科技型中小企业发展,科技型中小企业实现了数量和质量的双丰收,提前三年超额完成五年发展目标。着眼推动科技型中小企业持续健康发展,区委研究室联合区科委通过座谈讨论、问卷调查、实地走访等形式,对北辰区科技型中小企业进行了专题调查分析,提出了培育和壮大科技型中小企业的对策建议。
