男性,89岁,因诊断为多发性脑梗塞而入院。入院期间反复出现发热伴有阵发性呼吸困难,双下肺可闻及痰鸣音,右下肺可闻及哮鸣音,心界向右侧稍扩大,心音低钝。神经系统查体言语迟钝,右侧轻偏瘫。胸片示双下肺炎症。予大剂量抗生素治疗后,痰涂片、培养及粪常规查见真菌。查血生化示
Male, 89 years old, admitted to hospital for diagnosis of multiple cerebral infarction. Recurrent fever during hospitalization accompanied by paroxysmal dyspnea, double lungs can be heard and phlegm, right lower lung can be heard and wheeze, heart slightly expanded to the right, low heart sound blunt. Nervous system physical slowness, right hemiparesis. Chest radiograph shows double lower lung inflammation. To large doses of antibiotics, sputum smear, culture and fecal routine inspection of fungi.
