目的 研究丹参对兔重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体呼吸链功能及氧自由基的影响。方法 36只日本大耳兔 ,建立兔SAP模型 ,随机分为丹参组和生理盐水组 ,分别于术后 2、 6、12h分离小肠粘膜上皮细胞内线粒体 ,检测肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体内细胞色素aa3、细胞色素C、能荷和SOD水平。结果 ①术后 2h内 ,两组肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体内细胞色素aa3水平无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,术后 6h、 12h生理盐水组肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体内细胞色素aa3水平均低于丹参组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;②术后2、 6、 12h生理盐水组肠粘膜上皮细胞内细胞素C水平、能荷和SOD活力较丹参组下降 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 丹参能显著提高细胞色素aa3、细胞色素C、能荷和SOD水平 ,改善兔SAP肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体呼吸链的功能及减少氧自由基的产生
Objective To study the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on mitochondrial respiratory chain function and oxygen free radicals in intestinal epithelial cells of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) in rabbits. METHODS: Thirty-six Japanese rabbits were used to establish a rabbit SAP model and randomly divided into Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. group and normal saline group. The mitochondria of the intestinal mucosal epithelial cells were isolated at 2, 6 and 12 h postoperatively to detect cytochrome aa3 in the mitochondria of intestinal mucosal epithelial cells. , cytochrome C, energy load and SOD levels. Results 1 There was no significant difference in the cytochrome aa3 level in the mitochondria of the intestinal epithelial cells between the two groups within 2 h postoperatively (P > 0.05). The level of cytochrome aa3 in the mitochondria of the intestinal mucosal epithelial cells was lower in the normal saline group 6 h and 12 h after operation. In the Salvia miltiorrhiza group (P <0 05);2 The level of cytokine C, energy load and SOD activity in the intestinal epithelial cells of the normal saline group were lower than that of the Salvia miltiorrhiza group at 2, 6, and 12 hours after operation (P <0 05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly increase the levels of cytochrome aa3, cytochrome C, energy load and SOD, improve the function of mitochondrial respiratory chain in SAP intestinal epithelial cells and reduce the production of oxygen free radicals.
