本文报道了由赣皖乌头提得总生物碱,从中分得结晶性生物碱单体——牛扁灵碱,并进行了药理研究。通过犬、猫急性实验,证明赣皖乌头总碱有明显而持久的降低血压作用。小白鼠热板法镇痛试验,牛扁灵碱具有良好的镇痛效果,其痛阈提高率与杜冷丁相似。小白鼠催眠试验证实,牛扁灵碱对阈下剂量的戊巴比妥钠有显著的协同作大。
This article reports the total alkaloids extracted from Aconitum vulgaris and the crystalline alkaloid monomer, bovine pyridinine, from which the pharmacological study was conducted. Through acute experiments in dogs and cats, it has been demonstrated that total alkaloids from Aconitum Aconitum have significant and long-lasting effects on lowering blood pressure. In mice with analgesic test by hot plate method, bovine pyrizone has good analgesic effect, and its pain threshold increase rate is similar to that of dopamin. The mice hypnosis test confirmed that beef pyridin has a significant synergistic effect on the subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium.
