近几年来,磐石无缝钢管厂在冷拔无缝钢管和冷轧带钢的生产中,每年酸洗废液排放量约8000m~3,对工厂附近农田、水库、河流造成严重污染。为根治含酸废液的危害,治理环境,1988年,我厂建设了一套酸洗废液处理系统,采用HA法进行酸洗废液的处理。HA法工艺要点是,首先调整废酸液成分,然后制备晶种。对晶种进行氧化反应,使其生成含硫酸铵与铁黄的混合母液。最后对母液进行压滤分离。将分离后的固体(氧化铁黄或铁红)进行稀
