病例介绍患者张××,男,47岁,社员。1980年3月30日上午9时从运货车上摔下,当时呼吸困难、胸疼、意识清楚,经公社医院处置后送往哈市,途中咳血数口,晚8时30分来到我院急诊。X 线所见胸部正位片(图见封三),右侧第8肋和左侧第3肋骨弯曲部骨折;于右肺中野水平叶间线稍上方可见一个1.5×1.5厘米的圆形阴影,中间带有透亮区;水平叶间线下方又有一横椭圆形的内有浅液平面的囊腔样透亮区。左肺上野呈现为被环绕的无肺纹理区,中野外带靠近胸壁还可见两个相互重叠,边缘呈线状的椭圆形透亮区,其下方可以看到三个小圆形致密影,其中一个与左心缘相重叠,膈肌位置正常,双膈肋角变钝,气管心影无移位。此外尚有颈胸部皮下气肿。
