目的:研究双苄基异喹啉化合物Ys96对阿霉素或长春新碱耐药株人癌细胞抗药性的逆转作用。方法:在体外培养的药物敏感株MCF7及其阿霉素耐药株MCF7/Ad以及药物敏感株KB及其长春新碱耐药株KBV200的体外试验系统中,采用MTT法研究耐药株人癌细胞在Ys96作用下对阿霉素或长春新碱敏感性(IC50)的变化。结果:耐药株MCF7/Ad和KBV200在Ys96(100μmol/L)的作用下,阿霉素和长春新碱对其IC50值分别接近于二药单独用药时对敏感株MCF7和KB的IC50。结论:Ys96基本上能完全逆转MCF7/Ad或KBV200对阿霉素或长春新碱的抗药性。
Objective: To study the reversal effect of bis-benzylisoquinoline compound Ys96 on the resistance of adriamycin or vincristine-resistant human cancer cells. METHODS: MTT assay was used to study the in vitro culture system of drug-sensitive strain MCF-7 and its doxorubicin-resistant MCF-7/Ad and drug-sensitive strain KB and its vincristine-resistant strain KBV200. The effect of Ys96 on the sensitivity to doxorubicin or vincristine (IC50) in human cancer cells. Results: Under the effect of Ys96(100μmol/L), the IC50 values of drug-resistant MCF7/Ad and KBV200 were similar to that of doxorubicin and vincristine. The IC50 of 7 and KB. CONCLUSION: Ys-96 can completely reverse the resistance of MCF-7/Ad or KBV200 to adriamycin or vincristine.
