中小学生因客观上的原因,在人格上更容易产生如下问题:一是对父母、家庭环境的过分依赖,排斥了自主性和创造性;二是为显示自己的独立性而产生的反抗性,排斥了与他人交往的和谐与协调;三是在过分溺爱中形成的利己性,排斥利他性;四是形成了孤独性,阻碍了对集体生活的正确参与;五是过分放任,排斥了理性。高度重视学生德育的理论研究和实践探索,总结出适合民办学校学生人格教育的有效措施。
Because of the objective reasons, primary and secondary school students are more likely to have the following problems in their personality: First, they are overly dependent on their parents and family environment, and they reject autonomy and creativity. Second, they are resistant to show their independence. The harmony and coordination with other people’s interactions; the third is the self-interest formed in the excessive love and exclusion of altruism; the fourth is the formation of autism, hindering the correct participation in the collective life; Fifth, over-indulgence, exclusion of rationality. It attaches great importance to theoretical research and practical exploration of student moral education, and sums up effective measures for the personal education of students in private schools.
