以峰谷电价和电动汽车数量作为变量,建立了电动汽车用户群充电日负荷曲线的计算模型,计算了不同变量条件下的充电负荷,研究了峰谷电价和电动汽车数量对充电站运营商、电动汽车用户经济性的影响,得到了运营商利润和用户使用成本的计算公式。分析了充电设施利用率和峰谷电价对充电站运营商盈利能力的影响,发现运营商车桩比为7时,临界盈亏点的充电电价可以降低到1元左右;通过计算发现电动汽车用户购车和购电池费用比燃油汽车高8?10万元以内时(政府补贴后),在使用年限内总费用比燃油汽车更经济。
