在文[1—9]的基础上,我们采用C—At键结合力较强的对砹苯甲酸为中间体的标记方法,通过流水型柱高效液相色谱(HPLC)和在小白鼠体内的动力学分布研究,以期对标记产品的质量和药物在动物体内的稳定性,作出确切的评价。
On the basis of [1-9], we used the C-At bond-binding method of p -benzoic acid as the intermediate. We used flow-through column high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Kinetic distribution study, in order to mark the quality of the product and the stability of the drug in the animal body to make an accurate assessment.
