目的探讨基层医疗卫生机构医护人员情绪智力对情绪劳动的影响。方法整群随机抽取四川地区社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院的医生和护士共1 170名,采用情绪智力量表和情绪劳动量表进行问卷调查。结果自我情绪评估负向预测表层扮演(P<0.01),正向预测深层扮演和自然表现(P<0.01);他人情绪评估正向预测表层扮演、深层扮演及自然表现(P<0.01),情绪调节、情绪运用均正向预测深层扮演和自然表现(均P<0.01)。不同等级情绪智力的医护人员分别在深层扮演、自然表现维度上的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论情绪智力对情绪劳动各表现策略的影响不同,可针对医护人员情绪智力的特点,有效改善其情绪劳动策略,以利于身心健康。
Objective To explore the impact of emotional intelligence on health workers in grass-roots medical and health institutions on emotional labor. Methods A total of 1,170 doctors and nurses from community health service centers and township hospitals in Sichuan were selected randomly from the entire cluster. Questionnaires were conducted using the Emotional Intelligence Inventory and the Emotional Labor Inventory. Results Self-emotion evaluation negatively predicted the surface layer play (P <0.01), positively predicted deep layer play and natural performance (P <0.01); others emotional evaluation forward predicted surface layer, deep layer and natural expression (P <0.01) Regulatory and emotional use are both positive predictive of deep play and natural performance (P <0.01). Different levels of emotional intelligence of medical staff in the deep play, the natural dimension of the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Emotional intelligence has different effects on the performance strategies of emotional labor. It can effectively improve the emotional labor strategies in view of the emotional intelligence of health care workers in order to facilitate physical and mental health.
