1988年6月29日至7月2日,由国家机械委工程建设咨询服务中心、中国机械工程学会热处理学会和国家机械委第三设计研究院共同主办的“全国引进、消化和吸收热处理先进技术研讨会”在四川省重庆市召开。会议由盛朝武、刘建、安光辉、艾为学共同主持,来自18个省、市、自治区的九十六个单位,共161名代表出席了会议。这次会议是在改革、开放的形势下,在我国热处理工艺和装备技术有了飞跃发展的基础上,为了赶上和接近80年代国际热处理先进水平,缩短与先进工业国家的差距,做好引进 June 29, 1988 to July 2, by the State Mechanical Engineering Construction Consulting Services Center, China Mechanical Engineering Society and the National Institute of Mechanical Design Institute co-sponsored the third “national introduction, digestion and absorption of advanced heat treatment technology Seminar ”held in Chongqing, Sichuan Province.
