企业培训师是促进成人高校师资转型的一个很好的契机和平台。在倡导全民终身教育的当前,社会发展使企业职工的教育培训需求日益高涨。成人高校作为终身教育体系中重要的一员,其拥有具备一定专业背景、具有成人教育教学经验的师资。要充分发挥成人高校服务社会、服务企业的能力和作用,其师资向企业培训师的转型就势在必行。无论是外部要求还是内部条件,都为成人高校师资向企业培训师转型提出了挑战,同时,也为这样的转型画出了清晰的路线图。
Corporate trainers are a good opportunity and platform to promote the transformation of teachers in adult colleges and universities. At present, advocating the lifelong education of the whole people, the social development has made the demand for the education and training of enterprises become increasingly high. Adult colleges and universities as an important part of life-long education system, which has a certain professional background, with adult education teaching experience of teachers. In order to give full play to the ability and role of adult colleges and universities in serving the society and serving the enterprises, the transformation of their teachers to corporate trainers is imperative. Both external requirements and internal conditions have challenged the transformation of adult college teachers to corporate trainers and at the same time set a clear roadmap for such transformation.
