一、常见故障及解决办法1.无流量通过时有信号输出(1)表壳、系统未接地或接地不良而引入干扰信号。解决办法:检定前应确保表壳及系统接地良好,且使用专用信号线或者符合替代要求的信号线,并检查接地电阻,要求不大于10Ω,否则重新处理接地。(2)管道振动大。解决办法:最直接的检测方法是用手感觉管道的振动。可以采用外部机械消振措施,如用橡胶软接头消振。另外,很多厂家在设计涡街流量计时也考虑防震的需求,调整参数也可以减轻振动
