目的观察头孢硫脒联合炎琥宁联合治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法将本院120例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组应用头孢硫脒,治疗组加用炎琥宁注射液。结果治疗组主要临床症状好转时间明显少于对照组,总有效率也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢硫脒联合炎琥宁联合治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染,使用方便、见效快、无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of cefathiamidine in combination with midazolam in the treatment of pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 120 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Cefathiamidine was used in the control group and Yanhuning injection in the treatment group. Results The main clinical symptoms in the treatment group improved significantly less time than the control group, the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of cefathiamidine and metronidazole in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children is easy to use and quick, with no obvious adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
