新课程改革对每一门学科都提出了同样的要求——面对全体学生,尊重学生个体差异性,促进每位学生(包括学困生)不同程度的发展.所谓学困生,是指智力正常,没有感官障碍,但是却长期不能达到教学课程标准规定的基本要求,需要通过有针对性的教育教学措施给予补偿和矫治的学生.教师对待优等生、中等生和学困生都要一视同仁,要针对不同层次的学生进行不同的指导,并且积极促进学困生的转化,实现教育公平.
