笔者认为,当前企业党委的重点是在班子建设中着重提高决策能力,在干部作风建设中着重提高执行力,在队伍建设中着重提高战斗力,在和谐建设中力保持续稳定发展的稳定环境。从操作方法上讲主要是抓牢领导班子学习、抓实干部考核、抓严队伍作风、保企业持续稳定发展。这“三抓一保”是当前国有企业党委工作的重点任务,也是发挥企业党组织政治核心作用的有效途径。
