本文对乌苏里江上游支流宝石河中段进行了肺吸虫中间宿主感染情况调查,蝲蛄感染率为100％,平均感染度19.3个(囊蚴)/只(蝲蛄)、1.82个(囊蚴)/g(蝲蛄);人群皮试阳性率27.3％(72/277)。首次在黑龙江省东部地区发现一个肺吸虫病新流行区,从而为医学寄生虫病和流行病的防治研究提供了些基础资料。
In this paper, the investigation of intermediate host infection of paragonimiasis was conducted in the middle section of Baoshihe, an upstream tributary of the Wusuli River. The infection rate was 100%, and the average infection rate was 19.3 (metaceroid) / 1.80 (metacercaria) / g (蝲 蛄); skin test positive rate of 27.3% (72/277). For the first time in the eastern region of Heilongjiang Province, a new endemic area of paragonimiasis was found, which provided some basic information for the prevention and treatment of medical parasitic diseases and epidemics.
