在市场经济中,客户是企业生存和发展的前提,客户关系管理是现代企业获得竞争优势、提高利润率的重要举措。鉴于此,本文以环保机械类企业为研究对象,对其进行客户关系管理营销的重要性及对策进行了探讨,以期有所借鉴价值和意义。
In the market economy, customers are the prerequisite for the survival and development of enterprises. Customer relationship management is an important measure for modern enterprises to gain competitive advantages and increase profit margins. In view of this, this paper takes environmental protection machinery enterprises as the research object, and discusses the importance and countermeasures of its CRM marketing in order to draw lessons from the value and significance.
