From the perspective of the crystallization activation energy of amorphous alloys, the reason for the coarse grain size of Pr Fe B amorphous alloy during annealing was analyzed, and the effect of Zr element in its crystallization process was revealed. The results show that Zr can change the crystallization behavior of α Fe phase in Pr Fe B amorphous alloy and contribute to the formation of α Fe phase with small size
