目前,矿山进行多水平人员、材料提升的有级调速单筒提升机,大多采用动力制动。动力制动与传统的其它制动方法比较,有调速性能好、简单、经济等优点。其不足之处是: 1、用硅整流二级管整流以获得制动电流时,制动电流大小不好调节,适用负载能力不强。用可控硅整流获得制动电流时,设备投资大,增加维护工作量。 2、需消耗一定量的电能,因此,动力制动还不能说是最佳制动方法。
