轴承套圈锻压加工,是目前我国轴承生产中一项比较薄弱的环节,我厂也不例外,锻压加工也远远不能满足生产发展的需要,随着国家对轴承的需要量不断增加,我厂也急须改变这种锻压加工中落后的面貌。 从目前国内的兄弟轴承厂生产动态来看,在提高轴承套圈锻压加工能力和提高套圈的内在质量方面都作了大量的探讨,从兄弟厂对轴承套圈毛坯加工所摸索的情况来看,除了大量地采用冷扩、冷拉、冷拔工艺外,在热锻压加工中,以冲床来代替气锤进行加工取得了良好的效果,我厂在学习兄弟厂的大量宝贵经验后,根据自己厂内的实际情况,又吸收了兄弟厂和我厂的精密辗压轴承套圈的经验,根据毛主席的“独立自主、自力更生”的教导,在冲—扩连线上做了较大量实验,由此得到了我厂自己的以冲代锤
